4. Payment and Billing
- All services are billed annually, unless otherwise stated
- Payments are processed securely via Stripe

- Late or failed payments may result in suspension or termination of service
We do not store payment information on our servers.
5. Refund Policy
We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for new purchases. After this period, all payments are non-refundable. Refunds may be denied in cases of abuse or violations of these Terms.

- Violate intellectual property rights
- Engage in illegal activity or harassment

HostBite is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, including but not limited to data loss, downtime, or security breaches.
